3. Product Information

• We strive to provide accurate descriptions of our products, but due to the nature of our products we cannot guarantee that your product will be an exact match of the product photo online. Each batch of cookies/treats/pupcakes is made fresh each week and therefore slight differences from our product photos are bound to occur.

• All prices are subject to change without notice.

4. Ordering and Payment

• Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse any order.

• Payment must be made at the time of order. We accept various payment methods as specified on our website.

5. Shipping and Delivery

• Please allow up to 3 days processing time. As we bake all of our goods fresh this allows time to prepare, bake and package your items. We aim to dispatch orders within the 3-5 days, but we do not guarantee delivery times.

• Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.

6. Returns and Refunds

• Due to the consumable nature of our products, we do not process returns or refunds.

• If a product arrives damaged, please send photos of the damage to claire@woofandwhisk.co.uk, and we will resend a replacement pack at no additional cost.

7. Privacy Policy

• Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

• All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Woof and Whisk or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.
