At Woof and Whisk, we strive to ensure that you and your furry friends are delighted with our treats. Due to the nature of our products being consumable food items, we do not process returns or refunds. However, if your order arrives damaged, we are here to help.

Damaged Product Policy:

• If your product arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the damage and email them to us at claire@woofandwhisk.co.uk.

• Once we receive the photos and verify the damage, we will promptly resend a replacement pack to you at no additional cost.
