Processing Time

At Woof and Whisk, all of our doggy desserts are freshly baked and made to order to ensure freshness. Please allow 3-5 business days for non-iced biscuits and up to 7 days for iced biscuits as icing biscuits is a long process including the drying time. We aim to dispatch all orders within this time frame. If you need your biscuits by a specific date, please make sure you have allowed enough time when you order - you can always add a note in the 'Special Instructions' box at checkout. 

Shipping Time

Orders are usually shipped with Royal Mail Tracked 24 or 48. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen delays with the courier service.

Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. This will allow you to monitor the progress of your delivery and estimate the arrival time.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. We strive to keep our shipping costs as reasonable as possible while ensuring that your doggy desserts arrive safely and in perfect condition.
